These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Device Info application ("the App", "the Service") operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Device Info is a utility application that displays information about your device, including hardware specifications, operating system details, display, battery, storage, memory, and network status. The information is read from your device and presented for your reference.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Use the App to infringe the rights of others or to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
4. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. Advertisements are part of the Service and help keep the App free. Your interactions with advertisers, including any transactions, are solely between you and the advertiser, and we are not responsible for them.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove advertisements). All purchases are processed through the app store (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to the app store's payment terms. Except where required by law or by the app store's refund policy, purchases are non-refundable. Purchased entitlements can typically be restored on a new device using the App's restore function.
